Privacy Policy

Effective from 29 October 2026.

This policy explains how we process the personal data of people who use the website domoradzkilab.pl or contact us, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR).

1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is DMDJ spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (a limited liability company), registered office at ul. Generała Dąbrowskiego 14A, 83-110 Tczew, Poland, entered in the National Court Register under KRS 0001153051, tax ID (NIP) 5932646536, REGON 540786117 (the “Controller” or “we”).

Contact on personal data matters: kontakt@domoradzkilab.pl or by post to our registered office. We have not appointed a data protection officer.

2. What data we process, why and on what basis

  • Contact form and correspondence – name, e-mail address, phone number, clinic name and the content of your message. Purpose: answering your enquiry and handling correspondence, including presenting an offer. Basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Cooperation with business partners – contact details and data necessary to perform contracts. Purpose: concluding and performing contracts, settlements. Basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR (tax and accounting obligations).
  • Establishing and defending legal claims – Basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Technical data – IP address, browser type and time of visit, recorded in server logs. Purpose: ensuring the security and proper operation of the website. Basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Providing data in the form is voluntary, but fields marked with an asterisk are necessary for us to reply to your message.

3. Recipients of data

Data may be entrusted or disclosed only to entities that support our business: hosting and e-mail providers, the entity maintaining our website and IT systems, the accounting office, legal advisers, and public authorities where required by law.

4. Transfers outside the EEA

We do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area. Website fonts are served from our own server, so your browser does not connect to external providers for that purpose.

5. Retention period

  • correspondence and enquiries – until the matter is closed, then for the limitation period of possible claims;
  • contract data and accounting documents – for the period required by tax and accounting regulations;
  • server logs – for the period necessary to ensure security, usually no longer than several months;
  • cookie consent – up to 12 months or until withdrawn.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

7. Automated decision-making

We do not make decisions about you by automated means and we do not profile website users.

8. Security and changes

We apply technical and organisational measures to protect data, including an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We will announce any changes to this policy on this page by updating its effective date.
